The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Rail P.S. Case no. 25/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police on a railway platform and he is said to have disclosed that he used to pickpocketing. No stolen article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Only a piece of blade was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate,
