The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 395, 412, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have been confessed his guilt before the police, but the petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade, although he is in jail since 06.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 76/2015.
