Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 324, 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed the murder of the brother of the informant.

The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9748 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 pending in connection with Rahui (Bhagan Bigha) Police Station Case No.251 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
