JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP as well as the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with Pharsa and Garasa causing injury on the head and chin respectively. From perusal of the injury report it appears that superficial injuries are found on the head and chin. The final opinion with regard to the nature of injury is yet to be received. The petitioners are in jail since 22.07.2015. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41002 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 353 of 2013.
