JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 16.12.2017, seeks bail in Shastri Nagar PS Case No. 577 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 385 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner got electric meter installed by producing forged document though he is tenant in the house of the informant.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute regarding title of the concerned house is subjudice before the civil court, no forged document was submitted by the petitioner while applying for electric connection and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent except one case earlier instituted by the present informant relating to dispute for purchase of the said house. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Surendra Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge IV - cum- ACJM Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar PS Case No.577 of 2016.
