This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019. Misuse was committed in the year 2011.

Submission is that this is the first and only allegation of misuse of privilege of bail by the petitioner. The petitioner had gone to earn his livelihood.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49653 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 Case No.20 of 2010, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case and if the petitioner would commit similar default in future that would be a ground to keep the petitioner behind the bar till conclusion of the trial.
