The petitioner has been in custody since 29.10.2017 in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 147/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 441/467/468/471 /472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the driver of the vehicle in question and it was not known to him that the vehicle is a stolen one as it has been handed over to him by his employer for being hired by the persons who so desire.
Now considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is merely a driver, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8014 of 2018 (3) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gopalganj, in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 147/2017.
