JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 The petitioner was appointed initially as Palledon in Madhubani Block at Rahika and thereafter his services was transferred to Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation, Madhubani, from where, he retired on 01.01.2001. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner along with some more similarly situated persons, had earlier moved this Court for their retiral benefits vide C.W.J.C. No. 9194 of 2010.

Learned counsel submits that the prayer with respect to retiral benefits of a similarly situated person namely, Md. Leiaquat @ Leiaquat Ali has been disposed of vide order, dated 20.11.2008, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13026 of 2005. Learned counsel further submits that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of Md. Leiaquat Ali.

Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, if the case of the petitioner is similar to that of the case of Md. Leiaquat Ali, his case too would be cover under the order, dated 20.11.2008, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13026 of 2015 and the District Magistrate, Madhubani is directed to take steps for settling the dues of the petitioner preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ application is disposed of.
