JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant against whom there is specific allegation that he made illegal demand and pushed the informant from roof as a result of which, the informant sustained grievous injury on the legs. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant was discharged from the hospital on 25-06-2015 but it is surprising enough that she gave written report to Officer-incharge of concerned Police Station on 24-06-2015.
