The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to ensure the payment of of pension after fixing the same on the basis of last salary drawn by the petitioner in accordance with law.

It is jointly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and by learned GA 11 that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Hence the present writ application has become infructuous.
