The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/337/338/353/427/188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

The petitioner was identified in the mob leading a procession at the Collectorate. Allegation is of commission of damage to the public property. Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2018 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18726 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.72 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
