ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sahar P.S. case No.30 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ara, Bhojpur. The report of the Magistrate is that now the case has been committed to the court of Sessions.

In view of such, I do not find any reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41991 of 2015 (3) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Ara, Bhojpur, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
