The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Sigori P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had motivated or adduced the informant and other co-villagers to invest money in the non-banking financial company. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the face of the fact that this petitioner has not received the money and it has been invested by the informant in the company considering the risk, the petitioner deserves to be enlarged on bail.

Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

Case No. 25 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
