At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that, in view of there being a substantive order in the departmental proceeding against him, the relief sought for in the present writ application cannot be granted till such order is not interfered with. He submits that the same not being challenged in this
Patna High Court CWJC No.14034 of 2016 dt.22-09-2016 2/2 writ application which has been filed seeking retiral dues, he be permitted to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to file a fresh application challenging the order passed against him dated 06.09.2012.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
