Petitioner seeks regular bail in Gogari P.S. Case No.422 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the I.P.C. Informant is the Assistant Sub Inspector of Gogari Police Station who in his self written statement has stated that on 2.10.2017 at 21.00 hours he was informed that a Bolero bearing Registration No.WB 57C - 2953 had been parked at Mushkipur field in suspicious condition from evening in which a fat and tall person along with a driver, namely, Md.Nihal was present upon which he went there and asked the driver to show the paper of the said vehicle but he could not show the paper of the vehicle and told that one Amarjit is the owner of the said vehicle. Thereafter
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2715 of 2018 (3) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 the informant told him to call the owner of the said vehicle along with its paper. After verification it was found that two more registration numbers as JH-11E-5656 and BR-01PC-0134 were also pasted behind the sticker bearing No.WB57C/2953. It has been submitted by the petitioner that Amarjit had entrusted the vehicle in question to the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case as the petitioner is a painter whose work shop is running at Mushikpur. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.10.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Khagaria, in Gogari P.S.Case No.422 of 2017.
