The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 (G.R. Case No. 761 of 2019), registered for the offences punishable under Sections Sections 137, 148, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the deceased, the son of the informant, was staying with her mother (i.e. the informant of the present case) in her mother's parental house and for the purposes of getting his share in the property of his father, he had gone alone to his father's house where he is said to have been killed by the accused persons.

No.49783 of 2019(4) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at least there is no complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime inasmuch as firstly; she is a married lady and secondly; she is the cousin daughter-in-law of the father of the deceased, hence, no motive is attributable to the petitioner in the alleged crime. It is further submitted that even otherwise, the petitioner has been roped in the present case with mala fide intention and is not responsible in any case for the death of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and she is languishing in custody since 23.03.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019.
