2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Excise (Buxar) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per allegation, the informant along with other police party was on patrolling duty and gave signal to stop a vehicle. Seeing the police party, the petitioner started fleeing away but was apprehended. Total 102 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the dicky of the said vehicle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after four months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No.-2, Buxar in connection with Excise (Buxar) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
