Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30, 32 and 44 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
From a four wheeler, 75 litres of foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner was also traveling in the same vehicle.
Submission is that the petitioner is a pregnant lady. She has no concern with the recovered excise material nor the petitioner has got any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9282 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bariarpur Police Station Case No. 06 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
