The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 114, 290, 354, 370, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act, 1956.

The petitioner was found in hotel with Neha Singh. Neha Singh disclosed that the petitioner on the pretext of marriage sexually exploited her. The victim is a major girl. She made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and gave altogether different statement that she was in love with the petitioner for about two years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
