JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State. In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that the order of this Court dated 31.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14405 of 2013 has not been carried out in letter and spirit but vide Memo No. 1296 dated 21.12.2016 reflects that the petitioner was appointed but, she failed to join and, later on, her joining was refused.
The petitioner has raised various grievances which cannot be looked into in the present proceeding.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner if so advised may raise her grievance with respect to the Memo No. 1296 dated 21.12.2016.
