Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot and he carries criminal antecedent of several cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. case no. 118/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 99/2015 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Madhubani stands rejected.
