Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.327 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Submission is that 15.63 liters of foreign liquor is said to be recovered from the house of the petitioner wherein several adult persons reside, the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 27.11.2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Jaggu Mian is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
