Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the IPC. FIR is occurrence of robbery against unknown. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2017. He was never put on TIP during investigation, nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already completed. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
