2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Paroo P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51490 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
