The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. The informant alleged that while he along with other police officials was going for raid he found a detonator, bomb and other articles. The informant alleged that he came to know from reliable source that Sandip Jee and others have planted the explosives. The petitioner is not named in the FIR, but the informant did not disclose the source of his information. Nobody has seen the petitioner while transplanting the explosives. No.44157 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2012.
