Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently at para-1 as well as in prayer portion of application of Cr. Misc. No.62978 of 2017, he had mentioned that the case is pending before the Sub Judge, CBI-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Patna but the case is actually pending in the court of Sub Judge-II-cum-ACJM, Patna.

In view of above fact, the name of court mentioned as Special Judge-CBI-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Patna be read as Sub Judge-II-cum-ACJM, Patna in the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.62978 of 2017. The order dated 11.01.2018 is modified to this extent.
