The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondent Sub-Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samastipur to commence the allotment of food grains etc. being made to the PDS shop of the petitioner bearing license No. 61 of 2019, which has been abruptly stopped without any order to this effect. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the PDS license in question was issued in the name of the petitioner, which is stated to be valid up to 31st March, 2020, however, without either

Patna High Court CWJC No.3418 of 2021(3) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 giving any show cause or passing any order cancelling the the license of the petitioner, allotment of food grains etc. to the PDS shop of the petitioner has been stopped by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samastipur, hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Sub-Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samastipur for redressal of her grievances.

The Ld. Counsel for the Respondents State, Shri Alok Ranjan, AC to AAG-5, has got no objection. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Rosera, Samastipur and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
