This Court, vide order dated 16.5.2016 passed in CWJC No. 7941 of 2013, had directed the authority to pass a reasoned order. In compliance of the same, an order has been passed vide Memo No. 1966 dated 8.8.2017, thereby, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this order is nothing but, word to word and coma to coma reiteration of the earlier order and submits that it is a fit case for initiation of contempt proceeding.

Patna High Court MJC No.2157 of 2017(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 As this Court had passed the order only for passing a reasoned order, in such circumstances, it will not be proper for this Court to initiate a contempt proceeding. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the aforesaid oder before any appropriate court/forum/authority.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
