Petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in jail custody since 11.6.2015 and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the complainant has filed a maintenance case against the petitioner and when in maintenance case, an attempt of reconciliation was made, complainant flatly refused to lead her conjugal life with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in Trial no. 3619/2014 corresponding to
