Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with Farsa.

Submission is that the petitioner is a Govt.

servant. There is land dispute between the parties. There is no repetition of blow. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017.
