The petitioner seeks bail in Agion (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 09/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the deceased alleged that Amarjeet Yadav, the husband of her daughter and her in-laws killed her daughter. The petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the d eceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Marriage of Maya Devi was solemnized in the year 1999 with Amarjeet Yadav.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Agion (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 09/2014.
