The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged motorcycles from which the illicit liquor has been recovered.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.59159 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
