The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 30.06.2019 only on the ground that such order has been passed notwithstanding the fact that the petitioner is to superannuate within four months. Mr. Ajay, learned advocate for the respondents while defending the order submits that there are no malafides and the order was passed for administrative reasons. The order issuing authority may not have looked into the aforesaid fact of the petitioner superannuating within a short span of time.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14005 of 2019 dt.15-07-2019 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation on this ground before the District Magistrate, Purnea within a period of one week from today, who, on receipt of the such representation shall consider that the petitioner has to superannuate only after four months and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
