The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 773 of 2017 registered under Section 341, 323, 379, 453, 506, 376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to partition dispute. There is only allegation of assault against the petitioner, but there is no injury report to show the involvement of the petitioners in the present case. Further he submits that

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 773 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
