JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the Arbitrator has already passed the final award, which has already been challenged before the court of civil jurisdiction, hence, the present writ petition has become infructuous, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to agitate all the grounds taken in the present writ petition in the connected case, which has been filed before the court of learned Principal Judge, Patna, challenging the award. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
