Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,379 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2018. Allegation is that he took away mobile of the informant from his pocket. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No.04 of 2018, subject to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18625 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
