The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Islampur Case No. 55 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the prosecution is that unknown persons had killed the son of the informant. Later on, the wife of the deceased i.e. the petitioner herein has been suspected to be having complicity in the matter of death of the deceased. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and there is no material whatsoever so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46998 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 granted bail by an order dated 9.8.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48668 of 2019. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and she is languishing in custody since 21.2.2019.

The learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail and has submitted that two witnesses have already been examined in the trial and the trial is likely to be concluded soon.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S.
