Having regard to the fact that this writ application was filed by the petitioner assailing order of his suspension and subsequently he has already been dismissed from service, it has to be necessarily held that this application has now become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of. Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in assailing the order of his dismissal before appropriate authority/forum as may be permissible in law.
