1. Heard Mr. Vinod Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Binod Kumar No.3, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daniyawan P. S. Case No. 75 of 2025, dated 05.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 87, 74, 76, 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) and303(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is the husband of the informant, as per the allegation, he pressed the neck of his wife, however, only one simple injury was found on the neck of the informant,

No.50352 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 in fact a scuffle took place in between the husband and wife, which resulted in some injury to the informant, the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 07.04.2025 and the investigation against him has been completed. It is lastly submitted that by trial court, notices were sent to the informant for conciliation at the time of hearing of regular bail petition of the petitioner but she did not appear.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, be enlarged on bail in connection with Daniyawan P. S. Case No. 75 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
