2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant has alleged that his sister Seema Kumari was married 12 years ago with co-accused Pawan Kumar, who harassed her from time to time due to dowry demand. It is further alleed that on 19.10.2025 at about 7 A.M. informant got information from coaccused Pawan Kumar that his sister had died by hanging herself. Upon reaching there, he found that the body was hidden somewhere. He suspects that petitioner along with other co-

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He submits that the deceased has three daughters and one son. He further submits that petitioner was not present at the time of occurrence. He next submits that there is no specific overt act attributed against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition and he is in custody since 10.02.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Bilash Mandal, Suman Kumar and Bhawesh Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32608 of 2026 vide order dated 17.07.2026 respectively, so the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed.
