JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the Petitioner Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the allegation leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session Trial / Special Case No. 350 of 2014 ( POCSO) arising out of Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 425 of 2013 stands rejected.

However, the concerned court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
