One motorcycle is said to have been recovered from possession of co-accused Md Amin on the basis of confessional statement made by the petitioner but admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner in the present case and petitioner is in jail custody since long. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur District Madhubani in Phulparas P.S. Case no. 40/2015.
