On the basis of a written report submitted by O.P. No. 2, the petitioner is facing prosecution vide Economic Offence Case No. 01/2016 registered under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Having argued at some length, Counsel for the petitioner states that the application be permitted to be withdrawn enabling the petitioner to present before the Investigating Officer, Economic Offence Unit for his interrogation. The application, as prayed, is permitted to be withdrawn.
