According to prosecution case itself, the name of the petitioners came in the statement of co-accused, Chuhan Sao and Shailendra Singh and nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. Moreover, Chuhan Sao and Shailendra Singh have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
