The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of lady Supervisor by removing the respondent no.9 from the post of lady supervisor (ICDS) as the petitioner was
Patna High Court CWJC No.11469 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 on the top of the merit list.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction removing the respondents no.9 from the post of lady Supervisor who is a Cristian and her name was on the waiting list has most arbitrarily and quite malafidely been appointed as lady Supervisor.
(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for grant of any other reliefs which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Considering the submissions, as well as, the nature of relief(s) as sought for in paragraph no.1 of the writ petition, I find that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division and the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
