Taking note of this fact that according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Babulal Prajapati who shot the deceased dead and so far as the petitioner is concerned, omnibus allegation of firing has been levelled against him but post mortem report reveals that only one firearm injury was found on the person of the deceased, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Chand P.S. Case no. 39/2015.
