The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others are alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant. The injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in nature. There is also a counter version. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
