JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2021 Heard Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Parijat Saurabh, learned A.C. to A.A.G. No. - 10 for the State through video conferencing. Mr. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed representations before the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah alleging misappropriation of govt. fund to the tune of rupees seven lacs meant for execution of the schemes by the Block Development Officer, Block- Majhaulia, West Champaran / Respondent no. -5. Mr. Saurabh submits that petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh representation before the District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3837 of 2021(2) dt.12-08-2021 2/2 West Champaran at Bettiah i.e. respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks with a further direction to the respondent no. 3 / District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame. I have heard the parties and in view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah within a period of three weeks from today and if such representation is filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah / respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a further period of two months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
