The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.174 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the serious allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59337 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 petitioners that they have brutally murdered the minor son of the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. This application is dismissed.
