Patna High Court CWJC No.11507 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent to remove encroachment from the Muslim Graveyard for which the respondents District Magistrate, the Sub-divisional Officer and Anchal Adhikari have issued directions and to complete the erection of boundary wall around the same by the fund allotted by the State Government."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Khagaria for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
